Christie’s International Real Estate — an international luxury real estate firm, based on the renowned Christie’s auction house. We collaborated with the Dubai regional branch.
The campaign was built around the metaphor of art — positioning Christie’s real estate as timeless and exclusive. Creatives emphasized the agent’s role as an expert curator, connecting clients to properties like collectors to artworks.
Four ad concepts showcased Christie’s luxury experience and aesthetic sophistication. The visuals and copy highlighted Dubai’s image as a city of luxury and art, promoting developments like Danah Bay, Six Senses Palm Jumeirah, Ritz-Carlton Residences (Bangkok), and Marbella Villas. The campaign achieved a CPL of 179 AED.
In the first creatives, we highlighted the role of the real estate agent as an expert who helps clients find exclusive properties. In the second, we emphasized Christie’s connection to art, comparing the selection of real estate to finding paintings for collectors. The third creative revealed the brand’s unique selling point, showing how Christie’s helps clients enhance their status and add luxury to their lives. The fourth creative focused on the aesthetic side of real estate, with the brand’s burgundy color strengthening the connection to art.
We developed advertising slogans and visual content for Instagram and Facebook targeting, reflecting the classic image of Dubai as a city of luxury and art. The campaign highlighted projects such as Danah Bay, Six Senses Palm Jumeirah, Ritz-Carlton Residences (Bangkok), and Marbella Villas.
