Coldy is a real estate developer that executes effective projects at all stages of real estate work. Coldy is a major developer for whom we managed two projects simultaneously: LOFT.FM and Kazakov Grand Loft.

Kazakov Grand Loft is a residential project in the historical part of Moscow, featuring progressive author architecture.

We selected bloggers who are directly connected to the real estate sector. As a result, we garnered over 10,000 views on stories and more than 17,000 views on posts.

LOFT.FM is a building with a history and energy. It is a redevelopment project of a 1956 building belonging to the Moscow Institute of Radio Communication.

To accomplish the task, we analyzed Telegram channels that matched our target audience. We wrote the text for the advertising message and negotiated the collaboration.Upon completion, we achieved over 55,000 views from 4 posts.
