X-Fit is the most extensive network of fitness clubs in Russia, the leader in the number of gyms in Moscow.

GOAL:

• Run an advertising campaign as part of the trial training promotion.


EXECUTION:

The promotion took place in December and January - the beginning of the winter season. At this time, the demand for taxi services is increasing, and our team saw this as an excellent opportunity to implement an advertising project through integration with a taxi fleet.

We designed a rectangular pos-structure which can be attached on the car’s headrest in  such a way that passengers sitting in the rear seats see the poster with advertising throughout the trip. This helped not only to attract attention and motivate people to go for a workout as part of a one-time promotion, but also to increase brand awareness in general.

When designing the project, we used elements of the company's identity, relying on the brand’s signature bright neon colours. The image chosen as the background elegantly reflected the idea that visiting the fitness club would be pleasant and useful.

To track the metric, we proposed placing a QR code on advertising media, which opened a landing page with information about the club's promotion. The use of "quick response" technology has significantly shortened the process from decision to application.

The concept of cooperation with the taxi fleet, as well as all the mechanics, were entirely developed and implemented by our agency, and all the materials made were produced by our printing house.
